About this task
This Series C digital-asset exchange in custody (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Chief of Staff for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Collects inputs from leaders and drafts the update.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Saskatchewan, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CST).
What you deliver

What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (1 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
