Capacity without a requisition
Six situations where a few hours a week is the right size
A team member leaves and the replacement starts in three months. A senior part-timer carries the work for five hours a week in between.
Budget season, an audit, a launch or a hiring wave: ten to twenty hours a month, capped, then it stops.
A board pack, a model rebuild, a contract review or a market scan, with a written scope, a price and a date.
One paid hour with a senior specialist before you sign a deal, set a price or hire for a role you have not run before.
Work with someone for a month and see how they fit. If you want them full time, there is no placement fee.
Qualified people in your field rate and correct AI answers against your rubric, without access to your client data.

A recruiter who has done the job checks every profile
Four checks before a name goes on a shortlist. A recruiter who worked in the field reads the profile; nobody is added by a keyword match alone.
- Field and experienceYears in the role, the level, the industries and the tools, read against the brief.
- References and work historyThe recruiter checks work history and speaks to a reference when the role calls for it.
- A skills checkA short call or a small task that matches the role, so the first hour with you is not the first test.
- A conflict checkConfirms the person's contract allows outside work, and that the work does not clash with their employer or yours.

Questions from companies
How fast is a shortlist?
Three to five anonymous profiles with hourly rates within 48 hours of a complete brief. A recruiter replies within one working day to confirm the brief.
What does it cost?
The professional's rate plus 15%, all-inclusive, prepaid. There is no placement fee, no subscription and no minimum.
Can I hire the person full time later?
Yes. There is no placement fee. The decision is between you and the person.
Who are the professionals?
People with full-time jobs and experience in the field, screened by a recruiter who did the same work. You see an anonymous profile until they agree to an introduction.
What if it does not work out?
Free revisions, free replacement on standing roles and refunds for unconfirmed hours. The conditions are on the guarantees page.
Are they employees?
No. They work as independent contractors. Rules on classification depend on your jurisdiction and the nature of the work (for example IR35 in the UK or the ABC test in California), so check them with your own adviser. The agreement describes the working pattern so that it matches what is actually done.
When are they available, and how do you know they will show up?
Every profile states the hours offered and the usual time window, for example weekday evenings in your time zone. Work is agreed in weekly or monthly slots with an hours cap, not on call. If someone cannot keep to the slots, a recruiter offers a replacement within 48 hours.
What about confidentiality and conflicts of interest?
Every professional signs your confidentiality terms and a conflict-of-interest declaration before the first hour. They work only with the files and access you grant, and they may not take work from a direct competitor of their employer or of yours without your written consent.
Who owns the work?
You do. The agreement assigns the deliverable to your company on payment.
