If a deliverable misses the written brief, the professional revises it once within five working days at no extra charge.
Conditions: The request is made in writing within five working days of delivery and refers to the brief.
If the revised deliverable still misses the brief, the prepayment for that task is refunded.
Conditions: Applies to one-off tasks and bundles; the brief and the acceptance checklist were agreed in writing.
If a person on a regular role is not working out, we replace them at no extra cost and a recruiter briefs the new person.
Conditions: Request made in writing; the company confirmed the hours that were worked.
In the first two weeks of a regular role, any hours the company does not confirm are refunded.
Conditions: Hours are confirmed or disputed in writing within three working days of the weekly report.
If the professional drops out, a recruiter offers a qualified replacement within 48 hours of being told.
Conditions: Applies while the task or role is active and prepaid.
You prepay, and every hour is confirmed in writing before it is billed. Nothing is charged for time you did not approve.
