One price: the rate plus 15%
Professionals keep every cent of their rate. Companies pay that rate plus 15%, all-inclusive, and prepay. There is no placement fee, no subscription and no minimum.
A $60 an hour task, five hours a week
The professional agrees $60 an hour with their recruiter. That is the rate on the task and the amount they receive. The company pays $69.
Illustration, not a promise of income. Taxes and your own costs depend on where you live.

Pricing questions
Does the professional pay anything?
No. They receive the full rate shown on the task. There is no sign-up fee, subscription or commission.
Is there a placement fee if we hire someone full time?
No. There is no placement fee for hiring a person full time.
Is VAT or sales tax included?
Prices are shown before VAT or sales tax. Where tax applies it is added on the invoice for the Deftridge entity that serves your country, and the 15% fee appears on its own line.
Who do I sign with, and who invoices me?
One agreement with Deftridge covers scope, rate, confidentiality and ownership of the work. Deftridge invoices you in advance and pays the professional, so you never handle a second contract or a second payment.
When does the company pay?
In advance. Standing roles are prepaid weekly or monthly against hours confirmed in writing; one-off tasks are prepaid before work starts.
What currency are rates in?
Tasks are priced in dollars (US), Canadian dollars (Canada), pounds (UK) and euros (EU). The 15% is added in the same currency.
