About this task

This specialty insurer covering fleets and logistics (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Marketing Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Keeps campaigns, agencies and freelancers moving and the weekly numbers visible.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.

The company prefers a person who can come to Nuremberg for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Run the weekly marketing meeting, review pipeline and spend, unblock two freelancers and send a one-page update every Friday.
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

  • Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
