Marketing Leadership Hour (Zoom)

About this task

This performance marketing agency (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Marketing Manager for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour with an experienced marketing leader on a hire, a budget or a channel decision.

A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Review a founder's marketing budget and hiring plan and answer three specific questions on what to do first.
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
