About this task
This recruiting platform for tech hiring (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Marketing Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Keeps campaigns, agencies and freelancers moving and the weekly numbers visible.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The company prefers a person who can come to Chemnitz for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Run the weekly marketing meeting, review pipeline and spend, unblock two freelancers and send a one-page update every Friday.
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
