About this task
This hotel group with resorts (11–50 employees) is looking for a director Fractional CMO for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Weekly check-in that sets priorities and unblocks the team.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The team sits in Oulu. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Lead the weekly marketing call, set priorities and send a one-page summary of decisions.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
