About this task

This Series C medical devices company for hospital groups (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a director Marketing Manager for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour with an experienced marketing leader on a hire, a budget or a channel decision.

The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Finland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

• Review a founder's marketing budget and hiring plan and answer three specific questions on what to do first.
• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
