About this task

This web3 infrastructure company (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Terms & Policies Drafter for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Terms for a website or SaaS product.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.

The company prefers a person who can come to Lille for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Draft terms of service for a B2B SaaS product for US and UK customers.
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

  • A habit of asking one clarifying question early rather than five late

Not included

  • Managing other contractors or employees
  • Work outside the scope written in the brief; extra items are quoted separately
  • A signature or opinion in your own name: sign-off stays with the company

  • Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
