About this task
This Series B workflow automation company for property managers (51–200 employees) is looking for a director Employee Relations Advisor for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Letters, checklists and agreements for departures.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Prepare termination packs for three employees with notice, final pay and return-of-property steps.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included

- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
