About this task
This specialty retailer selling outdoor gear (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Employee Relations Advisor for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Letters, checklists and agreements for departures.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in South Dakota, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
