About this task
This edtech company for corporate training (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Customer Support Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–24 h a month. Moves a support team from one tool to another without missed tickets.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in education, with a calendar built around terms and enrolment peaks.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Plan and run the migration of 15 months of tickets, macros and queues to a new help desk.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
