About this task
This property and casualty insurer covering fleets and logistics (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Rates AI replies to tickets for accuracy, policy and tone.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Rate 80 AI-drafted replies to support tickets on correctness, empathy and policy fit.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (4 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid
