About this task
This property and casualty insurer covering small businesses (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Checks AI-created canned replies against policy before agents use them.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Spain.
What you deliver
- Review 30 AI-written macros for tone, accuracy and compliance with refund policy.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
