About this task

This renewable energy developer in energy storage (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Business Development Manager for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A senior seller's view on one decision.

A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It is an energy business with strict compliance and reporting cycles.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Romania works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Review a founder's go-to-market plan and answer three questions on pricing, channel and first hires.
• One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
