About this task
This retail chain selling electronics (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Business Development Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Personal outreach that books first meetings.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Romania. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Send 60 personalised messages a week, handle replies and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
