About this task
This property and casualty insurer covering fleets and logistics (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Business Development Manager for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A senior seller's view on one decision.
The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Review a founder's go-to-market plan and answer three questions on pricing, channel and first hires.
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
