About this task
This education foundation (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Sales Operations Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. The dashboards a sales leader uses every Monday.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The company prefers a person who can come to Lisbon for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Build the Monday sales dashboard: pipeline, conversion, cycle time and rep activity, with definitions.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
