About this task
This energy services company in energy storage (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Employment Contract Specialist for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews non-compete and non-solicit language by jurisdiction.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is an energy business with strict compliance and reporting cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Review the non-compete terms in 8 contracts against current state and country limits.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
