About this task

This Series C web3 infrastructure company for payments (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Employment Contract Specialist for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Separation agreements that follow local rules.

A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Georgia, so this one is for residents there. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

• Draft a separation agreement for a US employee including release and benefits terms.
• The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
• A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 5: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
