About this task
This beverage company in plant-based food (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Account Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Tracks every renewal, contacts the customer early and records the outcome.
The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Own 30 renewals due in the next 100 days: outreach, risk flags and a weekly forecast to the head of sales.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (2 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
