About this task
This property developer in office refurbishment (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Account Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Tracks every renewal, contacts the customer early and records the outcome.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Own 40 renewals due in the next 120 days: outreach, risk flags and a weekly forecast to the head of sales.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
