About this task
This Public-sector services provider serving health agencies (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Fractional HR Business Partner for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Designs a lightweight review cycle with forms, calibration and timeline.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Estonia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Design and launch the mid-year review process for 120 employees with manager guides.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 8: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
