About this task

This Series B analytics software company for construction firms (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Business Development Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Personal outreach that books first meetings.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The company prefers a person who can come to Stockholm for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Send 50 personalised messages a week, handle replies and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

  • Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Monday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
