About this task
This Series B HR software company for construction firms (201–500 employees) is looking for a director Business Development Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–7 h a week. Personal outreach that books first meetings.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The team sits in Łódź. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Send 40 personalised messages a week, handle replies and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (2 hours)
- Friday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
