About this task
This Travel-technology company (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Operations Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. The ten numbers an operations lead checks every week.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Missouri, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Define and build a weekly operations dashboard from existing spreadsheets, with owners and targets.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
