About this task
This education foundation in refugee support (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Operations Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Weekly and monthly meetings, owners and numbers that run the company.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Design the weekly and monthly operating rhythm for a 60-person company: meetings, metrics, owners and a one-page agenda template.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
