About this task
This property developer in commercial property (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Operations Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Weekly and monthly meetings, owners and numbers that run the company.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in New York, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Design the weekly and monthly operating rhythm for a 60-person company: meetings, metrics, owners and a one-page agenda template.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
