About this task

This education foundation in education access (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Fractional Customer Success Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–10 h a week. Leads new customers through setup to first value.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.

The team sits in Murcia. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Onboard five new enterprise accounts a month with a plan, calls and success criteria.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
