About this task

This machinery maker making food packaging (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Fractional Customer Success Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–10 h a week. Leads new customers through setup to first value.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.

The team sits in Antwerp. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Onboard five new enterprise accounts a month with a plan, calls and success criteria.
• A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

• Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Friday: main working block (4 hours)
• Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
