About this task
This packaging manufacturer (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Fractional Customer Success Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Calls with customers who left, to learn what failed and what would have kept them.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Belgium. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Interview 10 churned customers over three weeks and report the main themes.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
