About this task
This consumer goods company selling in 20 countries (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Marketing Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. A monthly report that connects spend to leads and revenue, with next steps.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The team sits in Chicago. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Produce the monthly marketing report for the board: spend, leads, pipeline by channel, three findings and three actions.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
