About this task
This Space-technology company making satellite parts (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Marketing Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. A monthly report that connects spend to leads and revenue, with next steps.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.
The company prefers a person who can come to Ontario for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Produce the monthly marketing report for the board: spend, leads, pipeline by channel, three findings and three actions.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
