About this task
This online retailer for beauty (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Marketing Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Where each marketing dollar goes and what it returns.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The team sits in New York City. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).

How the work runs

- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
