Monthly Marketing Report

About this task

This beverage company (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a director Marketing Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. A monthly report that connects spend to leads and revenue, with next steps.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.

The team sits in Carrollton. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

• Produce the monthly marketing report for the board: spend, leads, pipeline by channel, three findings and three actions.
• The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
• A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid
