About this task
This Agri-business (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Chief of Staff for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Clear notes and action lists with owners and dates.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts.
What you deliver
- Take notes in four recurring meetings and send action lists within two hours.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
