About this task
This health insurer (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Chief of Staff for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Agendas, pre-reads and decision notes for leadership meetings.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is an insurer, so accuracy and an audit trail come before speed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Run the weekly leadership meeting agenda, track decisions and send notes the same day.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
