About this task
This omnichannel retailer (5,000+ employees) is looking for an executive Fractional CMO for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Annual or half-year plan with goals, channels, budget and owners.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Maryland, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Write a 12-month marketing plan for a $2M ARR SaaS company with channel budgets and targets.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
