About this task
This Travel-technology company with resorts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a specialist Process Documentation Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–30 h a month. A searchable internal help centre.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.

What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
