About this task
This corporate law firm for start-ups (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a director Fractional General Counsel for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour of senior legal advice on a defined question.

- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
