About this task
This applied AI company for drug discovery (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a director Fractional General Counsel for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour of senior legal advice on a defined question.

- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
