About this task
This specialty pharma company in dermatology (51–200 employees) is looking for a director Fractional General Counsel for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. One hour of senior legal advice on a defined question.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It works in life sciences, where documents are versioned and reviewed in a fixed order.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Cyprus works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.
What you deliver
- Give advice on an IP assignment question with a written summary afterwards.
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
