About this task
This Digital-asset exchange (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Compliance Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 4–8 h a week. Collects the sustainability data points a company needs for its first CSRD report.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in digital assets, where compliance and record keeping are a daily topic.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Cyprus. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Collect energy, travel and workforce data from five departments each week and log the gaps.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (3 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
