About this task
This b2B media company in lifestyle (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 20–30 h a month. Runs one search from intake to offer.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.
The team sits in Burgas. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Run the search for a marketing director: intake, sourcing, screens, interviews and offer support.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
