Full-Cycle Recruiting for One Role

About this task

This education foundation in education access (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 20–30 h a month. Runs one search from intake to offer.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.

The team sits in Sofia. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What a month looks like

• Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
• Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
• Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
