About this task
This technology consulting firm (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Chief of Staff for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Records who decided what, when and why.
The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The company prefers a person who can come to Kielce for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Maintain a decision log and chase owners on open actions.
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (2 hours)
- Tuesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
