About this task
This Travel-technology company (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a director Chief of Staff for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Records who decided what, when and why.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Italy works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver

What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
