About this task

This Series B telehealth provider for hospital groups (201–500 employees) is looking for a director Employee Relations Advisor for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Patterns in cases and risks.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The team sits in Richmond. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).

What you deliver

  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
