About this task
This b2B media company in lifestyle (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Fractional HR Business Partner for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Guides managers through conduct and performance cases.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It publishes content on a schedule, so editorial deadlines are fixed.
The team sits in Burgas. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).
What you deliver
- Support managers on three active cases and document each step and decision.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
